Monster Champions
The Monster Champions were an amazing team of people working for Dixons Travel in the UK. We started the program to drive sales, customer service and personal development. The results were spectacular, increasing overall headphone sales by 20% and made Monster the number 3 headphone brand sold in store.
To drive sustainability we ran regular training events and utilised social media to share ideas, best practices and celebrate successes.

We also set the champions tasks between events to share what they had been doing in store and this video was only one of the amazing outputs we saw from the Dixons Travel Monster Champions.
KNOMO Ambassadors
We ran a similar program for KNOMO London with several resellers across Europe, we called this the KNOMO Ambassadors.
Again, we saw fantastic results, store engagement and improved sales and customer service.
