I've been blessed over the years working for some incredible companies and amazing teams. I wanted to share a little more information including a brief bio for the last three companies I have worked with/for, share some of the projects completed and most importantly, some of the great testimonials received.

The most comfortable bed in the world...

DUX is a Swedish manufacturer of premium beds and furniture which are recognised worldwide for their comfort, craftsmanship and innovation. 

Founded in 1926 DUX have "always lead and never followed" and have constantly innovated to improve the overall sleep experience and deliver comfort with each and every product they make.  

Focused on driving sales, creating process and maximising the customer experience

My role with DUX beds and furniture was "Head of Partner Program" which involved the ideation, creation and implementation of key initiatives designed to drive sales, improve the overall customer experience and increase global consistency.

and product presentations including dealer introduction and commercial presentations as well as sales, board meeting, project, new product and internal presentations.

Bags that work beautifully...

Knomo, a brand that is committed to creating innovative and functional bags and accessories for the modern-day urban dweller. Founded in London in 2004, with a mission to create bags that combine style, functionality, and technology. Today, KNOMO is a globally recognised brand with customers in over 120 countries, constantly innovating and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Creating "sell-through" solutions to drive sales 

With KNOMO London, my role was to ideate and implement a complete training plan to train our global dealers to increase sales and deliver a differentiated customer experience. This also included the creation of product line plans, dealer presentations and the introduction of the online learning hub, KNOMO knowledge which included everything you needed to know to educate the end user consumer.

Premium AV solutions

Monster are the manufacturers of premium AV solutions, ranging from cables, powercentres to cleaning solution for your TV. 

Founded by Noel Lee in 1979, Noel created the worlds first "High performance" speaker cable that improved the quality of your music and "gave you all the performance you've paid for" 

Monster went from strength to strength creating multiple new products, including headphones, speakers and mobile accessories.

Whilst working for Monster, I was proud to be part of the initial team that launched Beats by Dr. Dre to the market. Monster were known for being "the sound and engineering" behind beats and worked with Beats by Dr. Dre between 2008 and 2012. My role was to create training material and executing multiple rounds of training to educate the sales floor and introduce this "game changing" product.

"Winning hearts and minds"

Educating the sales floor was paramount to drive sales and the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. Training was completed on the brand, the products and most importantly, selling skills. This motivating, engaging training never failed to create evangelists for the brand and always increased sales.
